Effective May 1, 2026. By using ProsPosal you agree to the following.

Subscriptions and trials

ProsPosal is $49/mo or $399/yr after a 7-day free trial. The trial does not require a card upfront unless you started checkout from a paid plan; in that case Stripe collects card details and the first charge happens at the end of the trial. Cancel any time before then and you won't be billed.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the period you've already paid for. Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of purchase if you haven't sent more than ten proposals. Email us and we'll handle it.

Acceptable use

Use ProsPosal to write and send legitimate proposals to your own clients. Don't use it to impersonate other contractors, send spam, or generate documents that would defraud a client. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

Accuracy of generated content

AI-generated proposal narratives, line item suggestions, and blueprint takeoffs are estimates only. The contractor sending the proposal is responsible for verifying every quantity, price, and statement before delivering it to a client. ProsPosal makes no warranty that AI output is fit for any particular project.

Liability

ProsPosal is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or disputes between you and your clients.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged at sign-in. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
